LP Fiction

Chapter 1

Draven woke up with a start, sweat running down his body and his breathing coming out in short little gasps. It was still dark outside and the light from the moon came pouring into his bedroom, giving him a little bit of sight.
Draven glanced in the direction of his door; his father’s and mother’s bedroom was only two doors down. Maybe he could make it there without being caught by the monsters that lurked the house at night? But still, the nightmare he had was still too scary to go back to sleep.

Slowly, Draven climbed out of his bed and carefully put his feet on the ground before making his way to the door. Grasping the door handle tightly, the little hands turned the knob until it opened up and allowed entrance to the hallway.
Seizing the opportunity, Draven ran quickly to the other end of the dark and narrow hallway to the closed bedroom door.

The door squeaked ever so slightly as weight was being put on it. Draven poked his head in as he opened the door a little bit more and looked around the room for his daddy. The room was painted baby blue color that displayed endless amounts of pictures on the wall. Most of them were pictures of the family and some of them were pictures of the band. Vases and other valuable stuff covered the majority of the room besides the pictures. The closet door was closed but Draven knew that there were thousands upon thousands of shoes and clothes in there. Whenever his daddy would go on tour, he would always bring about 20 pairs of shoes with him. He carried more stuff then the rest of the band when it came to accessories and jewelry.

Draven finally located the flame-shaped wrist that hung loosely over the side of the bed and eagerly made his way over there.

“Daddy.” Draven whispered as he tugged on the colored wrist.

Seeing that he got no response, Draven tried again. “Daddy.” he said more loudly.

Still, no response.

Getting angry, Draven tugged on the wrist harder. “DADDY!”

Draven giggled while he watched Chester almost jump out of his skin and jumped a mile high into the air. Once he regained his composure, Chester turned around and found the source of what woke him up. “Draven, it’s the middle of the night. What are you doing up?” Chester asked while rubbing the sleep out of his eye.

“I had a bad dream.” Draven whimpered slightly, the happiness from his chocolate eyes gone and replaced with sorrow and sadness.

Chester sighed as he reached down and picked up his four-year old son. “Tell me what happened.” he said gently as he sat Draven in his lap and gave him his undivided attention.

Draven fiddled with his thumbs for a bit before beginning, tears appearing in his eyes. “You and the band were ’forming on stage and you got hurt and died.”
Chester smiled sympathetically at his son and wiped away the tears poring out of his eyes. “That was just a dream baby. It’s never going to happen and I’m right here. I’m not going anywhere, ok?” He kissed the top of Draven’s forehead softly while reassuring him that everything is going to be okay.

“Otay.” he smiled slightly.

Chester smiled. “Good. Now come on, it’s time for you to get back to bed.” he glanced over to his right to see that Samantha was still asleep. “But lets be real quiet so we don’t wake mommy, ok?”

Draven nodded as he layed his head on Chester’s shoulder. In a couple of seconds, he was out like a light.

Once Chester reached Draven’s room, he carefully layed the tiny body onto the soft mattress and covered him with his Pokemon blanket that had a picture of a little yellow mouse with red cheeks. Chester ruffled his son’s hair before standing up and taking a look around the room. The walls were painted blue with race cars zooming down them. A box of toys was placed neatly in the corner which contained an avalanche of toy cars, Transformers action figures, Dragon Ball Z action figures, etc. Draven also had a stack of CD’s in his room. Jonas Brothers, Hannah Montana, and, of course, Linkin Park were the first ones up there.

Chester smiled at the sight of his son’s room. He then looked down at his peaceful son, asleep with his thumb in his mouth. His creamy face was relaxed and content as he slept the night away. Chester kissed his son one last time before walking over to the door and closing it. “Goodnight Draven.” Chester’s voice faded in the wind as quietness loomed over the Bennington’s residence and everyone went into bissful sleep.

Chester Dream

Last night I had a dream about Chester. (Which is rare, because I hardly dream about him, which is weird.) I don't remember where I was at, but I remember running after Chester but he only went farther away.:( I can't even get him in my dreams! How sad is that??

Lame post, I know. I'll post a more decent one sometime!:)

Chester chat was awesome!!

The Chester chat was awesome!! He stayed for two hours and answered 79 questions!! We got through all 26 lettaz in da alphabet (for the first time:) and Chester broke LPU history by doing so!!

Congrats on Chester for staying that long and answering our questions!! LP is the best ever!!

Chester in Crank 2

Incase some of u didn't know, Chester will make an appearance in the second Crank movie!! He was in the first one, and now he's gonna be in the second one which is supposed to be releashed sometime in April. I'm not going to watch the whole thing, just the part Chester's in like i did with the last one. I'm not big on rated R movies so i never watch them. (This is an exception though).

Hello everyone!

I'm new to blogging and I'll be posting some blogs soon. I'm a big fan of Linkin Park (commonly referred to as LP). My fav member is Chester! He's my idol!! I've met him 2 times so far and he's been awesome to me! First time was at my first concert ever. It was PR 07 and I was so excited cause I was going to see my fav band play live for the first time! I didn't have a M&G pass at the time but some girl who worked at the Verizon booth (who was secretly an angel) gave me a M&G pass for apperantly being awesome! "How would you like to meet them?" were her words to me as she handed the pass over. I honestly cannot explain to you how excited I was. I litterally squealed and was like, "Omg, I'm going to meet them?" I then called my mom and told her about what happened but she couldn't understand me because I was screaming "I'M GOING TO MEET LINKIN PARK!"

After about a 30 min wait (which was the longest 30 minutes of my life) Me and a couple of other fans entered the M&G. Very few people were allowed in (about 3 per person) and I went with some guys I met who also liked LP. We took a group picture with the guys and I was going to stand by Chester but I forgot! Yes, that's right I forgot! I'm THE most stupidest person on the planet! lol! But I was really close to him anyway; I stood by Mike.

After the pic, I looked over to my left and saw him standing there. I was in total shock. I couldn't believe that I was actually meeting THE Chester Bennington! The first thing I said was, "Omg, I love you! You're my fav member out of all of Linkin Park!"

And then, for some unexplained reason, he HUGGED me!! I'm surprised that I didn't pass out of have a heart attack! lol! I bet some of you are wondering, "What did you do after he hugged you?"

I did what you're supposed to do: I did nothing but blush till my face turned into a red apple! Chester just smiled at me and said nothing. Then I had to leave.:(

But overall, the concert was amazing! I have vids and a pic of the photo that we took together. It'll be up soon! Look for my other blog post: Meeting Chester pt 2. I have a vid of that! So stayed tuned! I'll be adding updates, fanfictions, and more about LP! Peace!
